Playing around with some leftover swiss meringue buttercream.
This icing is so smooth and creamy I could easily eat it right from the bowl. But instead I made some turtle cupcakes and a few elegant ones....Enjoy.

EXCITING NEWS !!!!!
Some big changes coming up !!! We just ordered our new kitchen with an install date of around July 9th. Several orders are booked and confirmed to that date. Unfortunately I will have to shut down for a couple of weeks while the work is being done but I hope to be back up and running by August.
